Sonic Temple Studios WordPress Meditation Platform with Advanced Analytics

Solution

We built a custom WordPress-based solution using Elementor Pro and MemberPress to manage memberships and control video access. The Meditate page was redesigned to include an advanced video player integrated with the Vimeo API, allowing users to play, favorite, and filter videos by category, tag, or preference. The player also includes smart features such as video looping, sorting, and a mini transport bar that shows playback progress and quick navigation. To deliver meaningful insights, we integrated Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery, enabling the client to track user engagement metrics like active users, time spent on the Meditate page, video completion rates, and most played or favorited videos. We also developed a custom streak tracking system that records daily user activity, updates streak and gap counts automatically, and syncs this data with GetResponse through its API. This integration allows automated emails to celebrate user streaks or encourage re-engagement. Hosted on Kinsta, the final website delivers a seamless, data-backed meditation experience that blends thoughtful design, robust analytics, and intelligent automation.
