The client required a comprehensive web application to manage eviction and non-eviction services. Their existing process was manual, time-consuming, and prone to errors, causing delays and dissatisfaction among their customers. They needed a platform that could streamline the entire eviction process, from service ordering to completion, while ensuring clear communication and efficient management of resources. The platform needed to handle user registrations, service orders, credit card payments, assignment of constables and warehouses, and provide proof of work through photo uploads and email notifications.
Solution
We developed a robust Eviction Management Platform using Laravel and MySQL, tailored to the client’s specific needs. The web application allows users to easily register, verify their accounts, and order services online. It includes secure payment processing via credit card. Admins can efficiently manage orders by assigning constables and eviction warehouses. The platform facilitates the entire eviction process, enabling constables to serve 48-hour notices and upload photos of posted notices. Eviction staff can upload completion photos, ensuring transparency. Automated email notifications with proof of work enhance customer satisfaction. By streamlining operations and improving communication, the platform significantly reduces manual workload and errors, delivering a seamless and efficient eviction management experience.
