Background

A company specializing in pool enclosures, screen rooms, and patio inserts approached us to build a custom CRM web application to centralize and streamline their operations. Their growing business required a single platform to manage customer data, handle orders, schedule installations, process payments, and maintain smooth communication between sales and service teams. Previously, these processes were handled through multiple tools and manual tracking, leading to inefficiencies and data inconsistencies. The client wanted a modern, web-based system that would not only simplify internal workflows but also enhance customer communication and provide detailed reporting to support decision-making.

Solution

We developed a fully integrated CRM web application using Angular for the front end and Laravel for the backend, designed specifically to meet the company’s operational needs. The system allows the team to manage customers, track orders, upload project photos, conduct installation and sales surveys, and send notifications efficiently. We built a scheduling deck to help coordinate service appointments and ensure smooth project execution.

For communication, we integrated Twilio to enable automated text message delivery to customers. To streamline payment processing, the CRM uses the Square Payment Gateway for secure and seamless transactions. We also incorporated the GPT API to automatically correct and refine text entries, improving message quality and consistency.

The application was deployed to the AWS Cloud, leveraging EC2, Amplify, RDS, S3, and Route 53 for scalable, secure, and reliable performance. Additionally, the system includes reporting tools that provide insights into sales, service schedules, and team performance. The result is a powerful, user-friendly CRM that has greatly improved the client’s workflow efficiency, communication, and overall business management.
